Schedule a Call

Cancellation/rescheduling more than 2 days / 48 hours before your appointment:

  1. You can reschedule your own appointment online, within this timeframe, by using the link in your confirmation email. 
  2. If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, you can choose between a coupon (store credit) that you can use at any other time and for any other service, or, you can request a full refund (back to the card you used to make the purchase). PLEASE NOTE that there is a €10 processing fee for refunds. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange a coupon or refund.

 

Cancellation/rescheduling within 1-2 days / 24-48 hours before your appointment:

  1. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within this timeframe, there is a 50% cancellation fee (of the purchase amount) plus a €10 refund processing fee.
  2. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to arrange a refund.
  3. You can reschedule your own appointment online, within this timeframe, by using the link in your confirmation email. 

 

Cancellation/rescheduling within less than 1 day / less than 24 hours before your appointment:

  • If you forget your appointment or cancel/reschedule on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 
Although email reminders will be sent prior to an appointment, if you do not receive an email reminder, please email us (empowered@satoriconsciousness.com) to confirm your appointment if you are unsure. You will still be subject to the Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy if you miss an appointment due to an email reminder not being received, because the email reminder is a courtesy reminder only.
 
If your appointment occurs on a Monday, the full Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy still applies.
 
It is our right to cancel and/or reschedule appointments at no penalty and/or cost to us.
