Channelled Counselling
Here we offer the combined expertise of Cristina and us, The Revered Saints of Alabaster, to offer you the opportunity of our joint wisdom and guidance, in response to your questions, in support of your Spiritual and Psychological growth and advancement.
Mental Health Counselling
Cristina utilises her extensive experience in clinical psychology and in EMDR Therapy to support you with your mental health and with everyday challenges.
Cristina provides this mental health counselling using a traditional counselling / therapy approach. During these sessions, she does not access The Revered Saints of Alabaster, so the sessions are well-suited to those people who prefer a traditional, counselling / therapy approach, without the spiritual component.
Sacred Circle Group Coaching
In this intimate group circle, you join like-minded people to explore, discuss and be guided in the application of the wisdom of bridging your spiritual and psychological worlds, so you're more equipped to navigate life's challenges and curvatures using this approach.
All Sacred Circle Group Coaching sessions take place online. They are jointly hosted by Cristina and The Revered Saints of Alabaster.
Sacred Cosmic Circles
These utilise the ritual of the full moon to release what no longer serves you - conducted on Cristina’s spectacular piece of land in the Umbrian Countryside under the light of the full moon, with fire and drumming. It's an opportunity for cleansing and release.
Shamanic Rituals
In combination with us, The Revered Saints of Alabaster, Cristina utilises the forces and elements of nature to invoke healing, movement, release and change. You can choose from diverse rituals designed and targeted at various stages of life, and of Spiritual and Psychological advancement.
