Channelled Writing
It is a process in which Cristina acts as the channel who brings forth information specifically for you in written form from non-carnate spiritual Beings who work with her. She is entrusted with the act of writing out what we, The Revered Saints of Alabaster, have to say to you, the client, in response to the questions asked or in your heart. Cristina has no control or choice of the words that come forth – she is purely the medium or the scribe who channels the information directly from us to you.
The aim and purpose are to elevate and support you in Spiritual and Psychological growth, empowerment and upliftment; to provide you with the clarity and enhanced awareness of the answers that you seek. The answers will not be directly provided carte blanche to you if that does not serve you. They may be provided in reflective responses that facilitate your own reflection and consideration in seeking the answers that you want and need.
Seeking answers, guidance and support through channelled writing through Beings such as us, The Revered Saints of Alabaster, is an opportunity that can contribute to your Spiritual and Psychological growth and advancement as you take what you receive and you have the opportunity to integrate it into your current knowledge and wisdom, and to build on it as you move forward with your day-to-day life, choices, opportunities and decisions. It is a path of obtaining perhaps more clarity, definitely guidance and also an opportunity to reflect on wisdom that comes from outside of yourself for growth and maturation of your soul.
Channelled Counselling
Channelled counselling is a dance between Cristina’s wisdom and expertise in the Psychological and Spiritual arena and our ancient wisdom as highly evolved, non-carnate spiritual Beings who work with her, with the goal of the upliftment, enhancement and empowerment of Beings on Planet Earth. We are the Revered Saints of Alabaster who channel through her and work with her.
It is the chance for you to ask questions of your challenges, of your uncertainties and of your doubts, of the way forward, of your goals or any other question that sits in your heart, and to obtain a blended mix of wisdom from both Cristina, who comes with an extensive history of psychological work, knowledge and expertise, and us, who are in spirit form, working with her to bring ancient wisdom to you, to help you gain clarity as you navigate these challenges for which you seek answers.
It is a combined excellence of Spiritual and Psychological skills and knowledge that we bring, through her and us, to you that can allow you and afford you an opportunity of reflection and growth that would not otherwise have been possible with purely a psychological approach. It is the combination of the Spiritual and the Psychological that holds greater power and potential for change, growth and enhancement of your lived experience, your capacities for change and your own knowledge and wisdom to grow and advance.
The number of sessions is not pre-determined but it is rather an organic process of discovery as you start with one and then choose and decides what is best for your growth and continued enhancement and advancement. We recommend starting with just one and then decide and choose as you feel most resonant within you as a soul. We urge you to trust your instinctive knowing on what is right for you.
Sacred Cosmic Circles
Sacred Cosmic Circles are a unique blend of shamanic wisdom, spiritual knowledge and psychological expertise where the ritual of the full moon releases and extends your awareness and capacity of what it is that no longer serves you, and what it may benefit you to let go of now.
We guide you in this process, with Cristina as the facilitator, with shamanic drumming, moonlight, fireside meditations and reflections, and facilitated guidance, to energetically cleanse and release the energetic strands and imprints of things, experiences, people, places, chaos, past memories, present troubles and future worries that would have otherwise weighed you down. There is no removal of the challenge or the problem, but rather a lessening of how tightly you hold onto the energy of what troubles you.
This allows a freeing and opening of an energetic structure that would otherwise have trapped you in worry and concern, and stuckness. As we ease the energetic fibres of these situations, people, places, things in your energy field, you allow for more light, more openness, more clarity, more flow to come into you, and with that, more opportunities for curiosity, expansion, allowance and perhaps solutions of how things could be dealt with in new and advanced ways for your upliftment and that of what is precious and important to you.
Each Sacred Cosmic Circle takes place under a full moon in the hills of the Umbrian Countryside where Cristina has been guided to live and work, on her spectacular land that resonates perfectly for the rituals that we run there, with the Sacred Cosmic Circles being one of them. Shamanic Rituals
Shamanic rituals is the process of utilising the forces and elements of nature to create movement, change, healing and transformation on energetic levels within the Being and in the fibres of energetic fabric in which the Being exists, around the Being, which is you. It involves ancient wisdom that we, The Revered Saints of Alabaster, channel through Cristina for the purposes mentioned here.

These are best chosen with your Heart – also known as your intuition, your gut feeling, your first inclination; or you can align them with the stages and phases of your life that you are experiencing, and either want to enhance or seek out assistance for. There is no one right ritual to start with or to end with, and there is no one right ritual for everyone. The choice is uniquely yours. We urge you to trust that whichever one you choose is the right one.
You are welcome to attend these Shamanic Rituals even if it’s your first time exposing yourself to such an experience. No former knowledge, qualifications or experience is necessary. Everybody is welcome within the age limits and recommendations listed in the specific services page. We will guide you and support you and encourage you to follow the guidance and instruction of our facilitator, Cristina, who is well-versed, experienced and knowledgeable in conducting and supporting you through these Shamanic Rituals.
